Give a api to create or distpry the screen #35

想要实现关闭/开启屏幕时，自动新建/删除虚拟窗口的功能，但是除了用模拟鼠标想不到其他办法实现。能否监听某个本地端口来实现（我不清楚是否还有更简便的方法）
