As I look through generated images, I would like to be able to add things like subjective rating, notes, etc. to the metadata. Currently I do something like this using sidecar files but it would be nice to save the information in the metadata to avoid the sidecar files.
Once created and stored the data will be useful in multiple ways:
- Notes to self for inspection of individual images, I can see "oh yeah this is the one I noted as having impossible architecture."
- Searching, such as "which of these zillion images was the one I said had impossible architecture"?
- Correlations at scale like, "I (or my other image raters) seem to most prefer images which combine with , etc. That combo seems like a sweet spot for future generation."
Given the potential for large number of images, the data entry for this workflow would need to be smooth. For example, maybe the subjective rating field takes 1-5 stars rather than free text.
