[Bug]: Switching the model and supplier does not take effect. #1244

Bug Description
I’ve already modified the .env file and started a new session, but the model hasn’t been changed, nor has the base URL for the connection been updated, so the model is still unavailable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Modify the BASE_URL for a specific model in the .env file.
- Restart Hermes
- Not in effect
Expected Behavior
Restart Hermes to make the recent changes in .env take effect.
Actual Behavior
Not in effect
