Users reported that the bot fails to resolve usernames without the Server Members privileged intent enabled. Updated the setup docs to mark it as Required instead of Optional. Feedback from Blangs [MADD].

Users reported the bot fails without Server Members Intent enabled. Updated the Discord setup docs to mark it as Required instead of Optional, with explanation of why (username resolution for allowed users list).
