* Fix: Prevent cross-faction ban/kick vulnerability

  - Add validation in BanCommand to check target is in executor's faction
  - Add validation in KickCommand to check target is in executor's faction
  - Add defensive validation in Faction.ban() method
  - Create PlayerNotInFactionException using LocalizedException

  Fixes issue where players could ban/kick members of other factions,
  causing them to be removed from their own faction.

* Add Arsh-S to CONTRIBUTORS.md

* Restrict bans to members and fix unban parsing

- Require target to be in the same faction for bans
- Prevent cross-faction unbans
- Add FactionBan argument parser for /f unban
- Handle placeholder exceptions and add missing ban localization

* Feature: Notify players when they are banned

- Send a direct ban message to the target player
 - Add base.faction.you-were-banned localization entries

* Fix: Remove duplicate FactionBanArgumentParser imports and registrations
