VERSO — Vermont Research Open Source Program Office

VERSO (Vermont Research Open Source Program Office) at the University of Vermont supports open-source research software development across UVM. We build and maintain research tooling, data pipelines, and web applications in collaboration with UVM faculty and students.

ORCA (Open Research Computing and Applications) is VERSO's student developer program, pairing undergraduates with real research software projects.

All repos use a shared CI pipeline maintained in this .github repository — automated linting, security scanning, and dependency audits run on every PR.
