Workspaces are made by saving the main desk (Create a workspace in Overview, the dock's Workspaces menu, the System menu, the wallpaper menu, ⌘K) and managed in a real Workspaces app. The wizard and the templates are gone. A workspace can be shared with a link that copies it into another user's account once, with no dialog, and pins it as their only desk until an admin releases them (server-side screen fence, Hide settings, edit_posts claim capability, admins never pinned, one pin per user, link rotation, republish). Every workspace carries ALL of the OS settings; edits in Preferences on a workspace's desk are saved into it. New 'Open windows as' setting. MIO builds and edits workspaces step by step (layout on the 6x6 grid, dock apps, widgets, notes) with a live preview in a docked chat (chatLayout: 'side'), knows every app including Trash, and uses window-scoped actions (never WordPress abilities). New MIO window API: lease.send(). Also: read-only dismissible notes (regular and XL), a full-width edit bar, Restore main desk, a fixed 'Main desk' name, and docs.
