This version of the code uses numpy arrays instead of lists for the input and output data, which provides a significant performance improvement. The empty() method is used to create an empty numpy array with the desired shape, which is faster than appending elements to a list. The array() method is used to convert the test data into a numpy array. The output is formatted using f-strings for better readability.
