Agent Project Context — Specification & Documentation

Mission: Establish .apc/ as the single neutral directory for project-level agent context, so AI tools — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, and others — converge on one shared name instead of each maintaining their own branded folder (.claude/, .codex/, .cursor/, etc.).
