Fix invalid Discord invite URL in config file

Closes #161: The previous Discord invite URL (algora.io/discord) led to an invalid link. After thorough analysis, I updated the Discord invite URL in the configuration file and added a new route handler to ensure users are correctly redirected to the valid invite URL. This fixes the broken link and ensures a seamless experience for users trying to join the Discord server. I also verified this update against the test suite to ensure everything works as expected without introducing any new issues.
