Add multiple missing instructions in the update guides (15to16, 16to17) #244

I have seen some open issues about missing intructions in Angular 15 to 16, but they werent getting merged. I have found that in 16 to 17, there is also missing the material instruction.

15 to 16 is missing the material update instructions

as 16 to 17
