Description

Enable CUDA 11.0 on CD nightly pipeline and release pipeline
Remove CUDA 9.2 and CUDA 10.0 from CD

Hey @waytrue17 , Thanks for submitting the PR
All tests are already queued to run once. If tests fail, you can trigger one or more tests again with the following commands:

  • To trigger all jobs: @mxnet-bot run ci [all]
  • To trigger specific jobs: @mxnet-bot run ci [job1, job2]

CI supported jobs: [windows-gpu, unix-cpu, edge, unix-gpu, sanity, miscellaneous, centos-cpu, clang, website, windows-cpu, centos-gpu]

Note:
Only following 3 categories can trigger CI :PR Author, MXNet Committer, Jenkins Admin.
All CI tests must pass before the PR can be merged.

centos7_gpu_cu92 is still listed in Jenkins_steps.groovy for testing "oldest supported cuda". As Cuda 11 is now supported and we generally support the last 2 major cuda versions, you need to replace it with centos7_gpu_cu102.

* installing NCCL manually for cuda11.2 container
