My problem

Hi, I'm having a problem with the v1.04 release on my Windows 7 64-bit machine. No icons are displaying, and when I click where I believe the "open file" button is based on the screenshot from the README, the program crashes.

What I did

1. I downloaded the v1.04 release (as that was the release with Windows binaries)
2. I extracted the files to C:\Users\Sam Cantrell\bin\pdftag
3. I ran pdftag.exe
4. The program opens, with no program icons shown except what appears to be a generic icon.
   
5. I click what I think is the "open file" button, as I don't see any tooltips.
   
6. The program crashes.
