fix(poteto-mode): normalize skill name

Problem

Pi 0.85.1 rejects name: Poteto Mode because the name has uppercase letters and a space. Explicit /poteto-mode routing then fails.

Change

Set name to poteto-mode in skills/poteto-mode/SKILL.md.

Before and after

Before, Pi reports an invalid skill name and cannot route the explicit skill. After, the name matches the lowercase-hyphen pattern that Pi accepts.

Verification

• Ran a Node frontmatter check with ^[a-z0-9]+(?:-[a-z0-9]+)*$.
• Ran git diff --check.
