Summary

Those PRs were marked MERGED and produced merge commit 7f87047, but refs/heads/main never advanced past the #14 merge. This PR merges that orphaned tip into current main so both #14 and #15–#25 land.

Needs code-owner review from @pvams before this can land (branch protection). Once approved, merge with admin if checks are still empty — this only reconciles the orphaned #15–#25 stack tip onto main after those PRs were marked MERGED without advancing refs/heads/main.
