Inspired by BlueDot (predicted COVID 9 days early). MEEET agents continuously monitor:

• Economic stress indicators (World Bank, IMF)
• Conflict escalation (GDELT, ACLED)

When 2/3 agents confirm an anomaly → Auto-creates Global Challenge quest with 3 SOL + 8000 $MEEET reward.
