The nvidia drivers installation used to specify driver branch as "cuda_drivers_version": "570" but nvidia-driver-570-server-open installed 580 branch since it's a transitional package.
The PR updates driver installation to follow the up-to-date guide: https://docs.nvidia.com/datacenter/tesla/driver-installation-guide/ubuntu.html. The main change is that version pinning is now done via a separate pinning package.
