Eric explained example 2.3.4 to me again. I worked out the isomorphism $\eps^* \sheaf I (0)$ with $\sheaf I(0)/\sheaf I(0)^2$ based on Eric's suggestion in coordinates, but somebody really ought to check my work (and figure out how to do it in a coordinate-free way). The issue of $E$ vs. $EP^0$ and $\L$ vs. $\L - 1$ is confusing (and related), and needs to be standardized in these notes.
Added a somewhat less coordinate-dependent description of the calculation.
I forgot about periodifying $E$, so I adjusted the notation to make it more likely to be correct.
There were several simple typos in this section, which I fixed. Also added some questions.

I found the proof of theorem 4.7.8 particularly rife with typos and things I don't understand.

At some point someone more qualified than I should review my inane ramblings and merge any useful comments/corrections back into the master branch before the branches diverge too much.

I don't anticipate adding any more substantial todos to the document, so I guess it's time to merge this branch back into master. Some of my todos are rather trivial (and possibly reflect an incorrect understanding on my part) and perhaps ought to be removed.
