This PR combines changes from the following PRs:
Glath05a-64o: define new platform #461
Glath05a-64o: bsp mapping #471
Glath05a-64o: platform mapping #472
Glath05a-64o: led service #473
Each individual PR was made with only code organization in mind and were not intended to build individually. This PR was made such that all the changes can be built.
Testing
For details on testing, please visit each of the PRs listed above.
Build passes manually on this PR and all the tests in the PRs above were repeated and confirmed to pass again.
