Using fresco with dfm in android #2837

Description

@shubhangisuman

I have added a dynamic feature module in android. After dfm install, some of the fresco native libs are failing.

FATAL EXCEPTION: FrescoDecodeExecutor-8 Process: com.app.android, PID: XXXX java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: dlopen failed: library ".../split_config.arm64_v8a.apk!/lib/arm64-v8a/libgifimage.so" not found

Facing similar issue with native libraries too like imagepipeline, libnative-imagetranscoder.so

This is only happening in the launch when dfm is installed, but works on subsequent launches later.

Fresco version: 2.5.0
