[lexical-clipboard] Chore: Export GetClipboardDataExtension
Description
This pull request makes a small update to the exports in
packages/lexical-clipboard/src/index.ts, adding two new clipboard-related types/extensions to the public API. This will allow other parts of the codebase to use these clipboard utilities directly.
