Bug: Dragged file icon obstructs file conflict dialog #18996

Description

When dragging a file into a folder that creates a conflict, the dragged file icon and action text stays on top of the dialog, obstructing the buttons or test or whatever it happens to cover when the mouse is released.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Drag a file into a folder where a file of the same name already exists
2. Release the file somewhere in the middle where the conflict dialog will appear
