  • Add AGENTS.md (symlink) for cross-tool AI agent support
  • Add contributions.md rule (DCO, linting, mandatory tests, problem statement)
  • Add github-workflows-conventions.md rule
  • Update go-conventions.md to match canonical version

  • Confirm no functional code changes
