AI Scientist | PhD Candidate, University of Oxford
Welcome to my personal GitHub space. I work on machine learning for medical imaging, with a special focus on cardiovascular medicine and radiotranscriptomic biomarkers.
I am a PhD candidate at the University of Oxford, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine (Radcliffe Department of Medicine).
My research is funded by an industrial fellowship with Caristo Diagnostics, where I develop AI-driven tools to improve early diagnosis and risk prediction in cardiovascular disease.
Previously, I completed an MSc in Computer Vision at MBZUAI (Mohamed bin Zayed University of AI) and a BSc in Business Information Systems at the University of Westminster, Tashkent campus.
