In #1014 I reported on my inability to build the ios part of the project. This PR resolves that issue, in my view at least, by providing a
Podfilethat allows easy installation of the React Native dependency for building on a mac, and by adding aREADME.mdproviding instructions on use.-[ ] Check if the BleManager scheme actually leads the source files to be compiled.
