Решение не подходит потому что ломает другую часть приложения. Допустим я открываю главную страницу, грузятся все вопросы. Перехожу на "Сохраненные", но список вопросов не обновляется. Тут как раз нужно было, чтобы Надо подумать как бы по-другому решить эту проблему |

Проблема заключалась в том что, в каждый раз вызывался метод removeAll, пока только закомментировал строчку, потому что не совсем понятно для чего его вызывать и добавил в useEffect проверку. Теперь при переходе с вопроса на список вопросов повторной загрузки не происходит.
