As per documentation:

default - If not specified, the first EXT-X-MEDIA tag in each group returns DEFAULT=YES.

Actual

The first EXT-X-MEDIA tag in each type returns DEFAULT=YES.

Assuming that #1561 has been applied.

Expected

The first EXT-X-MEDIA tag in each group returns DEFAULT=YES.
