prefetch errors out if number of files is greater than 516 #722

I'm trying to download CT images from a dataset using cart files, and it works great if the number of files in the cart file is <= 516. The moment I try to fetch a cart file with more files, this error occurs:

I've downloaded 2600 CT files ranging from 100mb to 2.6gb, and there is approx. 7k files left, but I can't use the filters to bring down the number of files per cart file anymore. Minimum number of files is 526 now.
