iojs.org & /releases have v3.1.0, but both repos' ChangeLog go only up to v3.0.0.
Might not be a big deal, but perhaps exposes the need for the release-build script should also build the CHANGELOG.md? Perhaps something readable should be human-edited, but at least the Commits section could be automated. Would be helpful for emergency point releases.
