Restore footer hints while composing drafts by reserving the status line for the empty composer state. Keep Tab to queue visible while a task is running and ? for shortcuts visible when an idle draft would otherwise blank the footer. Co-authored-by: Codex <noreply@openai.com>
Remove the shortcuts hint from draft states and let idle drafts fall back to the normal footer/status line while running drafts still show the queue hint. Co-authored-by: Codex <noreply@openai.com>
