- move codex-exec off exec-owned AuthManager and ThreadManager state - route exec bootstrap, resume, and auth refresh through existing in-process app-server client/runtime paths - replace legacy codex/event/* decoding in exec with typed app-server notification handling - update human and JSONL exec output adapters to translate existing typed notifications only - remove the old exec JSON output integration test module and add typed-path coverage - thread the new in-process client options through app-server and TUI app-server callsites
