Same here, still in 2026. Been stuck for 3 days now with a broken upgrade to Enterprise. We're blocked. ZERO response from any tickets. Why do we pay these guys? May as well self-host gitlab-ce at this rate. |

Hi,
I manage an organization account and was suggest by Github to upgrade it to an enterprise account... I did so yesterday, and since then all of our actions have been disabled due to a spending limit error:
We are nowhere near our actual spending limit, and nothing's changed with our billing/payment info recently... When I do go to the billing page to try to update our payment method, the page fails to load with a 500 error 90+% of the time, and when it does load I get another error:
We urgently need to run our actions and waiting 48 hours is not an acceptable outcome for us (especially with July 4th coming up). Overall, this new Enterprise experience is really frustrating 😢. I opened a support ticket (#2866062), but haven't heard back yet, and don't know how to proceed. I even tried to reach out to sales rep for Premium Support but that hasn't yielded anything either.
Has anyone here had a similar experience with this upgrade? Any suggestions for how to proceed would be much appreciated. Thanks!
