how to contact customer support about billing? #164769

I'm currently on a free account, but I paid for github copilot pro and github pro, or tried to at least. But the billing system says my account is locked from purchases, and my debit card was never charged. How do I fix this? There doesnt seem to be a way to fix this on my end. There is discussions here about it, but the suggested fix is to contact customer support, except there doesnt seem to be a way for free accounts to do that, so its a catch 22. |
