Unable to claim github student package

Hi everyone,

i have been trying to apply for Github Student Pack but facing constant rejection due to naming issue.
In my bonafide and ID card of distance learning , it's given in format first name , middle name , last name.

i have been trying to claim but getting rejected constantly. There has to be better system to claim this

This is actually a pretty common issue GitHub’s verification seems to expect the exact same name format as on your official documents. Since your bonafide and ID card use First Middle Last, make sure your GitHub profile full name also follows the same format (spacing and order included).

I’ve seen cases where even small mismatches cause rejection. If it still doesn’t work, the best option is to raise a ticket with GitHub Education and explain that your university uses this naming format, especially since it’s a distance learning program. Manual review usually clears it up. also make sure that the verification document you are using is credible.

i searched for raising ticket for this but i guess they have stopped manual review checks for this, how to go ahead from this ?
