I've noticed a bug regarding the display of GitHub achievements in web browsers. Currently, only the 'Sponsor', 'Arctic', and 'Mars' badges are visible, while all others have disappeared from profiles. Is this a known issue or part of an ongoing update?

I’m facing the same issue. I used to have four achievements, but now only one remains. I’m shocked, as I spent a lot of time earning them. The empty spaces in the achievements section look strange, and it’s really frustrating.

I was quite surprised because I usually frequent GitHub and seeing this fact seemed strange to me.

If it is an error or an update, let me know, because I have made sure that I have not made the achievements private and they did not appear directly.

Same issue on my end. Only the Sponsor, Arctic Code Vault, and Mars 2020 badges are rendering - everything else shows the loading error.

I tested across multiple unrelated profiles (including @torvalds) in both Chrome and Edge, and incognito mode - same result everywhere. Clearing browser cache does not help.

Several others are reporting the same thing right now:

• I have achievement badges but not showing #190745
• The achievement badges have disappeared #190746
• Profile achievements tab failing to load - shows error on all profiles #190749

Likely a backend/API issue on GitHub's side rather than anything account-specific.

Is it possible to get the "Galaxy Brain" badge? I've seen on some forums that it's no longer available.

Since I've seen that there are new badges to be implemented, they could perhaps use this bug as a way to introduce them while they fix the system issue.

I think it would be a good way to add new badges.
