Every line written to GCS_DEBUG_TRACE now carries an ISO 8601 UTC timestamp with microsecond precision at the front of the line: [YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.uuuuuuZ] [MYSQL_GCS_DEBUG] [GCS] <message>
