Add pose_correction utility for manual 2D keypoint editing

Bad 2D detections propagate straight through triangulation and cannot be recovered by filtering. This adds a utility to fix them by hand beforehand.

What it does

Shows every camera of a trial side by side, with the video frame behind the skeleton when available. Click a keypoint to select it, drag to move it, scrub through frames. Low-confidence points are ringed in red. You can then change manually the position of the PoseEstimated, and save by CRTL+S

Supports HALPE_26, BODY_25 and COCO_17, detected from the keypoint count.

Backup

Corrections are written back into pose-associated, pose-sync or pose, whichever exists, under the original filenames. But first, this code save copies of selected folder to <name>-backup and never overwrites it.

Usage

pose_correction
pose_correction -i <pose_folder>

Note

After correcting, the stage that produces the corrected folder must be skipped on re-run, otherwise it is regenerated: pose means skipping poseEstimation.
