@smalyshev I've closed the PR for the time being. I have some of the requested fixes implemented locally but I haven't had time to finish it. |

Completed a fix for bug #52384 which indicates that PDOStatement::debugDumpParams() does not emit the parameter values as indicated by the documentation.
