What is the problem

IPv6 isn't enabled by default

What is the expected behavior

IPv6 should be enabled by default.

Steps to reproduce

Install qBittorrent on a host with only IPv6 connectivity and note how you're unable to download any torrents.

Install qBittorrent on a dual-stack host (IPv4 and IPv6) and note how qBittorrent is unable to communicate with IPv6 peers.

Extra info

Requiring users to manually enable IPv6 means that most users won't. This ultimately results in users that have perfectly good working IPv6 connections from participating in a swarm. This ends up hurting the torrenting community has a whole.

Unless there's a valid reason not to, it's 2020, I think it's time qBittorent enables IPv6 by default.
