Most of my work has focused on turning medical questions into problems that can be analysed, tested, and translated into useful computational tools.
I have worked on oncology research, epidemiological studies, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses. Alongside research, I build software using Python, R, and JavaScript/TypeScript for clinical-trial matching, treatment-resistance analysis, academic data collection, and longitudinal cognitive testing.
My medical training helps me understand the clinical side of biomedical data, while programming allows me to investigate questions that are difficult to handle manually.
