These extensions are valid signals, in RINEX 4. Not sure if these are a RTCM3 standard mapping, but might as well support inter-interoperability with PocketSDR RTCM3 streams where practical. The GLONASS signal mapping is not yet resolved, conflicts with the BNC mapping for GLONASS. This also corrects the mapping for GLONASS to be consistent with the BNC mapping (the prior patch had missed 4B and the rest were off by one).
