docs: replace the CDTS logo with the Zeit logo

Add the Zeit logo (a time-slice cube with a pixel Z) as editable SVGs
with light and dark variants, the script that generates them, and PNG
exports for the README and favicon. The dark docs theme now swaps in
the dark variant instead of inverting the image.

test(som): compare minisom fixture with a relative tolerance too

The fixture is generated on Windows (MSVC exp); on Linux glibc's exp can
differ by an ulp. The diverging mexican-hat case grows weights to ~1e12,
where a 1.3e-15 relative difference exceeded the absolute tolerance.
