bug: Team context and Ledger git credentials not properly setup when adding a team member #253

Summary
New team member is not able to sync team context and ledger repos.
Repo / Observed
I tried added a new team member to my sage ox team (https://sageox.ai/team/team_sb8s82xq0m) for claw bot.
Invite was open and the new account created. However, running any ox command in a team repo fails. ox doctor. --fix output:
