• Adds Endpoints for session logon and ws_api user socket socket subscribe
• Updates logic to use ws_api for user socket when user provides a ed25519 key
• Add test for threaded socket manager
• Add test for binance socket manager
• Add tests for client and async client

Notes:

• Depends on chore: update testnet urls #1583

TODO:

• Update conftest to have tests for both regular and ed25519 test
• Update user_socket streams to wait for subscribe to finish before returning. (Running async inside the sync function is giving a lot of event loop issues)
