Enterprise transformation does not begin with buying new technology. It begins by aligning business goals, processes, data and people around a shared strategy. For more than 18 years, I have approached technology from this perspective.
As a technical architect, I have worked across the SAP landscape, from core development layers to modern cloud architectures. As an executive and entrepreneur, I have taken responsibility for creating shared direction across teams, clients, business partners and products. Today, I bring those two perspectives together to help organizations turn artificial intelligence into a controlled, scalable and measurable business capability.
The value of a technology strategy is not in the roadmap itself, but in how it improves decision-making, operational resilience and sustainable growth.
I founded NeKuDos on the conviction that artificial intelligence must move beyond experimentation and become part of real workflows in mission-critical systems such as SAP. With NeKu.AI, we build AI agents that work with SAP data and process knowledge through the right context, defined permissions, traceable actions and human approval wherever necessary.
The objective is not simply to offer “a chatbot that knows SAP.” We are building an operating model in which each agent is accountable for a specific business outcome, data access is clearly governed and control remains with the enterprise. Use cases include turning procurement documents into sales orders, transferring process knowledge into organizational memory and interpreting SAP data to support better decisions.
My career began in 2008 with SAP ABAP and mobile solutions, then expanded into software team leadership, enterprise project delivery, client relationships and company strategy. I spent eight years as Managing Partner at TeamPro Technology, responsible for growth priorities, business partnerships and the project portfolio. In 2025, I founded NeKuDos.
This experience allows me to evaluate boardroom priorities alongside the realities of technical architecture. I consider the impact of an investment decision across technology, operations and people, then focus on turning strategy into viable products and sustainable systems.
I believe leadership is not only about making decisions; it is also about sharing knowledge and opening up new ways of thinking. The technical archive on this site brings together years of notes spanning ABAP, Fiori, mobile development and cloud architecture. In my LinkedIn newsletter, Autonomous Architecture & AI Agents, I explore how AI agents are reshaping enterprise architecture through real-world use cases.
I prefer testing emerging technologies through early prototypes instead of observing them from a distance. This approach makes it possible to understand the potential and limits of a product idea before it becomes an investment decision.
