- Redesign tab management panel with hierarchical workspace→tab layout,
  toolbar with New Workspace/New Tab buttons, and collapsible sections
  (recently closed, tab groups, favorites)
- Workspace icon button replaces chevron-down as panel trigger
- Extract tabbar components (use-tab-drag, wave-ai-button, config-error,
  collapsible-section) from monolithic tabbar.tsx
- Fix Notes/Todo runtime crashes from missing utility imports
- Convert Notes/Todo status bars to floating overlays (no layout shift)
- Move Todo and Preview edit toggles to block header icon buttons
- Restrict shell selector to terminal views only
- Add recently-closed tabs store with tab data preservation
- Fix git-bash/WSL working directory restoration on startup
