Hi there 👋, I am Sid! 😊

  • I am a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the Queen's University Belfast, within the Dunne Lab. 👨‍🎓
  • I primarily work with computational tools (mainly in R) for data analysis, interpretation and visualisation. 💻 📋
  • My research focusses on molecular disease stratification in cancer using transcriptomic & other omic data, primarily colorectal cancer. 👨‍🔬
  • Very keen and open to collaborations/opportunities.
