Summary

  • Adds a multi-line popup for writing comments instead of a single-line prompt.
  • Adds a key to reply to the selected comment, prefilled with a quoted excerpt and a mention of its author.
  • The popup can hand off to $EDITOR for longer comments.

Test plan

  • make check passes.
  • Added unit tests for the new comment popup, reply prefill, and mention resolution for multi-word names.

Closes #123

n on the Comments tab opens a multi-line popup instead of suspending the TUI
for $EDITOR. ctrl+d sends, esc cancels, and ctrl+e still hands the text over
to $EDITOR when the popup is too small for the job.

ctrl+r replies to the comment under the cursor. Jira has no threaded replies,
so a reply is an ordinary comment prefilled with an @-mention of the author
and their text as a blockquote, trimmed to four lines. The mention is written
as a single underscore token because the scanner reads one word and expands
underscores back to spaces.

Submitting reuses the existing applyEdit pipeline, so mention resolution and
ADF conversion behave exactly as they do for the editor flow.

Also adds a guard test for duplicate default keybindings: Keymap.Match
iterates a map, so binding one key to two actions resolves to a random one of
them on each run. Reply is on ctrl+r for that reason, r being refresh.
