Hide navigation and redirect the page when disabled. Reject create and update, but keep deletion available for revocation. Reserve the caller app slug so a binding cannot shadow its replica hostname. Problem:
Users need to create, inspect, change, and remove app connections without editing database records.
Solution:
Add the Connections page, connection canvas, target picker, and connection details. Validate ownership, names, and target selection on the server. Keep access behind the private-networking feature flag.
Impact:
Depends on #7651. Connection changes require the preceding backend layers and regional private-network configuration. This PR does not enable the feature for all workspaces. The naming and review-fix layers complete the terminology change and deployment pagination.
Testing:
Local combined-stack connection tests passed 14 cases, including real MySQL pin lookup and pagination. Dashboard type-checking still reports the existing missing BaseError export. The UI has not been verified in isolation at this layer.
