PeaceTextView

PeaceTextView is an extension of UITextView.

With PeaceTextView:

1.you can set placeholder of a textview.You can also set text color ,font of the placeholder.

2.you can set max available text num of a textview by setting the maxCharNum progperty of the PeaceTextView.
